Appointments

We operate on an appointment basis only. It's time that you are paying for and the appropriate amount of time required is made for all treatments. The keeping of your appointment time is entirely your responsibility. No charge is made for the cancellation of an appointment providing adequate notice is given (2 days for a one hour appointment, 3 days for a one and a half hour appointment). Broken appointments without warning are charged. Please understand that occasionally it is unavoidable that we run late. We are dealing with human beings and not machines. Your time is valuable, so if you are concerned about being kept waiting, either call us prior to your appointment or allow some extra time. Where ever possible, if we are running late we'll attempt to contact you to forewarn you, to allow you to come in later or reschedule.
