First Visit Experience
At Denticheck your experience, comfort and results are paramount to all our staff. We always strive for you to enjoy comfortable, efficient treatment resulting in quality outcomes that last. With a desire to keep you informed we have outlined a little of what you can expect as a new patients, on your first visit to Denticheck.
- Upon arriving at our practice you will be greeted by a member of our friendly staff who will request your new patient form (it not already complete online – click here for the electronic version). They will also be happy to assist you in answering any confusing questions.
- In the event you arrive early, our practice contains various reading and entertainment material to keep you or your children entertained while you wait.
- You will then have a 60 minute appointment with your dentist and Oral Hygenist, who will complete a Comprehensive Dental Assessment and scale and clean.
- Full comprehensive examination
- Professional clean and polish
- Diagnostic x-rays (if required)
- Remineralising Treatment
Your Medical and Dental History
If you are a new patient to our practice, we have a lot to catch up on. For this reason we will request you complete a Medical and Dental Health Form to bring us up to speed on your medical and dental history. This will help give your experienced dentist a comprehensive overview or your current oral and general health to help them in providing you with exceptional personal and dental care.
For your convenience we have made this form available for you to complete online, or download to fax back or bring to your next appointment. However, if you don’t get a chance to do this, simply complete it upon arriving at our practice in just a few minutes.
